30-day return policy:
After you receive your art, you have 30 days if the art doesn't meet your expectations. We will do our best to make your return as smooth as possible.
After 30 days:
If you have an issue with your art due to a defect, let us know. View our Guarantee page for more information.
To Start a Return:
Please contact us at email@example.com to start your return so we can keep an eye out for the art coming back and help you with the return.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If you are returning due to a manufacturing issue or shipping damage, we will pay for the return shipping. If you decide to return it for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
When sending the art back, please pack it similar to how it came and send it to:
